Day 12 Food Diary (9/07)

I felt totally dead most of the day, from vertigo, a cold, and just generally feeling completely unmotivated. Even with a matcha and two espressos, I just couldn’t stop yawning.

Despite my phlegm and exhaustion, I convinced myself to work out. And I’m so happy I did–it immediately made me feel so much better! And I managed to get 2 chapters of my neuroscience textbook read while on the elliptical 🙂

Tomorrow’s my first day of strength training class… nervous but excited!

Homemade chocolate mousse!

Breakfast:

  • Matcha soy latte: 30
  • Espresso with soy: 20

Lunch:

  • Homemade carrot nuggets with hummus: 170
  • Cauliflower rice with garbanzo beans: 60
  • Rice cake with almond butter: 250

Dinner:

  • Carrots and celery: 30
  • Homemade chocolate mousse with banana and coconut: 165

Snacks:

  • Espresso with soy: 20

Total: 745   |      Exercise: 185

Net: 560

Protein: 37g

Water: 4L
