Day 12 Food Diary (9/07)

I felt totally dead most of the day, from vertigo, a cold, and just generally feeling completely unmotivated. Even with a matcha and two espressos, I just couldn’t stop yawning.

Despite my phlegm and exhaustion, I convinced myself to work out. And I’m so happy I did–it immediately made me feel so much better! And I managed to get 2 chapters of my neuroscience textbook read while on the elliptical ๐Ÿ™‚

Tomorrow’s my first day of strength training class… nervous but excited!
