I’m shockingly sore from yesterday. I actually kind of enjoy it, except for things like picking up my backpack and crossing my legs are alarmingly difficult–I have to use my arms to help lift one leg over the other!
I didn’t have much of an appetite today, so I skipped lunch and went for a 3pm dinner… but also ate way too much almond butter afterwards as usual. It’s weird how the main time I binge is following a meal, but when I haven’t eaten in awhile I generally don’t feel like eating.
I was all done eating for the day after 3pm but made myself have another protein shake at 8. I need to start getting disciplined and eat what I plan to eat when I plan to eat it (and nothing more) whether I want to or not. I need as much protein as I can get to stop making a fool of myself in strength training.
On the bright side, I satisfied weird pizza cravings by coming up with 115 cal, high protein mini pizzas!
- Apple and almond butter: 270
- Mini pizzas (above): 230
- Rice cake with almond butter and chocolate: 310
- Protein shake with yogurt, cocoa, banana, flax, soy spirulina: 230
- Obscene amounts of tea with soy: 75
