I spent the day studying at home and emailing photography clients, so no particularly interesting anecdotes for today. And it was pretty hot, so I walked at night instead of running because our exercise room is horribly ventilated and stuffy.
I was craving something fun at night after all that work, so I made a single-serving carrot cake, and it was FANTASTIC. I’ll have to add that one to my (massive) recipe queue!
Macros: 74% carbs, 14% protein, 12% fat
Exercise: walked for 40 minutes
