Day 5 – 11/29
Had the sweet potato hot chocolate for breakfast. Soo easy, cozy and filling!
I craved corn after my run for some reason, so most of my dinner was just a plain can of corn because it tasted so good on its own! I also got Trader Joe’s maple leaf cookies for the first time to bring to a lab meeting, and they were good. Too good. Making baby steps towards MWL eating, I suppose 😛
Also, I think I’m going to stop adding food amounts here. Unfortunately, the semi-subconscious calorie counter in my brain is very accurate and very automatic, so weighing my food is getting in the way of intuitive eating, which is my main goal.
Exercise: ran 2 miles and walked 2.5 miles
Breakfast:
- Sweet potato hot chocolate
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- Baked russet potato with barbecue sauce
- Mint clif builder’s bar
Dinner:
- 2 cups of corn
- 3 Trader Joe’s maple cookies
- Small red potato
- Sweet potato hot chocolate
