Appetite was still pretty low in the morning–I couldn’t even finish my mug of sweet potato hot chocolate! At night I started to get hungrier but managed to stick to mostly potatoes, and some Costco samples–I can’t resist free vegan food.
It’s looking like the combination of MWL (or potatoes) and probiotics really works, or it just takes a week for me to get into the MWL satiation groove without getting crazy cravings.
I’m holding off on weighing in, but I’ll update you soon!
Exercise: biked 30 mins, walked 3.6 miles
Breakfast:
- Sweet potato hot chocolate (3 small sweet potatoes)
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- 3 small red potatoes with hummus
- Soy latte
Dinner:
- Costco samples: bite of bread, truffles, and some chickpea curry
- Big kale and broccoli slaw salad 3 small red potatoes
- 3 japanese sweet potatoes
