Another good day–I brought vegan truffles to lab to spread some Christmas cheer, and didn’t even want any of them. I think the probiotics are working their magic!
After class at 4 I was ravenous for some reason and dying for bread, so I stopped by the store to get a loaf of their fresh-baked ciabatta. Their loaves are pretty small, and I ended up having the whole thing! (I wish I’d gotten a picture but I was too hungry!)

Exercise: walked 5.5 miles
Breakfast:
- Oat nicecream
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- 5 small red potatoes with barbecue sauce
Dinner:
- Loaf of ciabatta
- 2 small red potatoes with hummus
- Hot chocolate
- 1/2 small Japanese sweet potato
