One of my labmates was so kind as to bring in vegan donut holes for lab meeting… Naturally I couldn’t resist. I was weirdly ravenous in general today, and even after all the donut holes I was still able to eat a pound of potatoes without getting full!
Exercise: biked 30 mins and walked 4.5 miles
Breakfast:
- Sweet potato hot chocolate
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- Whole Foods donut holes in lab
- 7 small red potatoes with barbecue sauce
Dinner:
- Huge kale broccoli salad with 2 small potatoes
- Leftover lentils with carrots and celery (tiny bit)
- Pumpkin mug cake (fat free)
