Another great, super high carb day! My friend wanted to get milk tea and I didn’t want to turn that down just because of diet goals, so I got a matcha red bean (nondairy) tea–it was so good! There were beans in the bottom instead of boba and it was an interesting experience drinking them through a straw… 😛
Exercise: biked 30 mins and walked 5.5 miles
Breakfast:
- Sweet potato hot chocolate
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- Red potato fries with hummus
- Matcha red bean “milk”tea
- 4 pretzel nuggets
Dinner:
- Red bean mushroom curry with basmati rice
- Apple
- 5 dates dipped in cocoa
