I was doing great eating pure carbs all day, and had no cravings at all… Then my friend had a girls night and everyone wanted to get takeout, so naturally I wasn’t going to be a party pooper. They were even so kind as to order some vegan dishes! (This seems to be a trend here in Davis or at least my psych department–everyone is just wonderful!)
It was a great night and totally worth eating a bit of oil of course, but it’s just reminding me how hard it is to try to be pure high carb while being social this time of year!
Breakfast:
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
- Leftover paella
Lunch:
- Leftover paella
- 4 dates with cocoa powder
Dinner:
- Indian food: chickpea curry, potato curry, bit of roti, veggie dumplings, rice
