Today was a very strange day food wise: I was still hungry after my usual breakfast, and instead of having one lunch, I snacked from 12-4, including half a Cinnaholic cinnamon roll I split with a friend! (If you followed my higher carb starch solution challenge, you might remember that Cinnaholic is my ultimate weakness)
I went out to dinner at BJ’s and was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a vegan item on the menu: their lentil soup in a sourdough bread bowl was delicious. The dinner was with my former boyfriend of 6 years and it was my first time seeing him since we broke up, so I had a few too many feelings at night and ate them in the form of some almond butter and chocolate chips. 😦
Breakfast:
- Veggie hash with red potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, red peppers, and artichoke hearts
- Banana cocoa shake
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch (aka snacks from 12-4pm):
- 2 slices of bread with pumpkin butter
- Mango chunks
- Bean taquito
- 1/2 Cinnaholic cinnamon roll
- Peppermint tea
Dinner:
- Lentil soup in a sourdough bread bowl
- Almond butter and chocolate chips
