Had a perfectly clean, very low fat day! It was a nice little oasis among all the restaurant food–my stomach has not been too pleased with me on restaurant days.
I played boardgames with friends at night, and while they had chocolate caramels as snacks, I made chocolate nicecream!
Breakfast:
- Baked banana chocolate oatmeal
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- Potato veggie hash
Snack:
- 3 slices bread with pumpkin butter
- Red potato with hummus
Dinner:
- Kale salad
- Chocolate nicecream
