Another very clean eating day! It was also nice to be able to relax for some of the day after so much craziness lately: yesterday I had a photoshoot from 9am-1pm, then appointments, then had friends over at night, whereas today I took Maia to dog training, went for a run, and got some reading done!
Exercise: ran 2 miles, walked 3 miles
Breakfast:
- Potato veggie hash
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- Big kale salad with red potatoes, white beans, avocado, etc.
- 3 dates
Dinner:
- 4 small red potatoes
- 1 head of romaine with carrot
- Bit of leftover baked banana oatmeal
Night snack:
- Pear
- Chocolate chips
