It feels like both my activity and food intake is ramping up–it’s getting time consuming! I suppose I’m just enjoying running and walking with Maia, and being generally active with shopping and wrapping presents and whatnot, and so I spend more time cooking and eating to be able to fuel that. Because if I didn’t, I’d probably end up getting my calories from less healthy sources like the non-Starch-Solution-friendly foods everyone’s eating here at my parents’ house!
Thankfully, copious amounts of bread (and some sushi here and there) make that much easier 😛
Exercise: ran 2 miles, walked 4.5 miles
Breakfast:
- Potato hash with veggies
- 3 slices of bread with pumpkin butter
- Coldbrew coffee with soymilk
Lunch:
- Sushi with avocado and carrot
- 2/3 of a sourdough bread bowl with pumpkin butter
Dinner:
- Bit of banana, blueberry, strawberry smoothie
- Red potato fries with hummus
- 2 slices of bread with pumpkin butter
