In short, intuitive eating involves listening carefully to your body’s hunger and fullness cues in order to 1) heal your relationship with food (if it’s not good already) and 2) lose weight and maintain a healthy weight without guilt or restrictions on your eating. Stay tuned for a series of posts on what intuitive eating is and isn’t, how to get started with it, and solutions for problems that may crop up while further along in the process.
