Hi Miche. I watched your yt video on satiety with interest. As usual, the content was excellent! One thing interested me was the “yoghurt” in the Sydney University study. I looked it up in the actual study and – as I’d suspected – it wasn’t yoghurt per se. But sweetened fruit dessert yoghurt with 38g (9 rounded spoonfuls) of sugar per portion! Which is crazy – what’s innocent readers/viewers might think is plain yoghurt is actually a sweet dessert. VERY misleading. This is not the first time that university has done this – they did it in their study on insulin index vs glycemic index. Worth bearing that in mind when you next include a study with “yoghurt” in it…..
